Emerald Heembrock
Consumer Engagement Manager
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Emerald serves as Emerest’s Consumer Engagement Manager. With a mission to ensure Emerest is the number one CDS agency in Missouri, Emerald establishes relationships with all new consumers and helps navigate a stress-free onboarding process. With her warm, caring voice and a genuine smile that can be felt through the phone, Emerald believes she can help change Missouri’s home health care industry.
Emerald holds a BA in Strategic Communications with a minor in Political Science from Maryville University. On the weekends, you can find Emerald binge-watching her favorite TV shows, reading romance novels, or creating unique culinary experiences.

Rachel Magouirk
Coordination Manager
Rachel has a background in health sciences and has worked with many different patient populations, including the elderly and patients with disabilities. Rachel is driven to ensure that her clients and personal care attendants are heard, cared for, and at peace. She enjoys keeping the wheels turning in the right direction and will go to great lengths to maintain customer satisfaction.
Rachel holds a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning from Lindenwood University. Being a native of southern Illinois, she’s a Cardinals, Blues, and KC Chiefs fanatic. She’s also a former collegiate national cheerleading champion.

Jennifer Ferguson
Intake Specialist
Jenny has a background working with special needs children and was a preschool teacher prior to joining Emerest. As an Intake Specialist, Jenny uses her interpersonal communication skills to form relationships with clients and personal care attendants, ensuring they obtain all the information they need and making them feel welcome as part of the Emerest family. The best part of her day is connecting with a wide range of individuals through a simple and stress-free process of seeking home health care with Emerest.
Jenny hails from California and holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Webster University. She also played collegiate softball at Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. Jenny enjoys traveling, cheering on the St. Louis Blues and Cardinals, and playing her favorite songs on the piano.

Jenna Moore
Customer Relationship Manager
Originally from Kansas City, by way of Memphis, TN, Jenna serves as Emerest’s Customer Relationship Manager. With an extensive background in customer service, Jenna enjoys going above and beyond to ensure her clients and personal care attendants are happy and satisfied with their services. Jenna loves engaging with the local community and knowing that her work has a positive impact on both patients and caregivers.
Jenna is a dog lover, Navy Veteran, and certified Storm Spotter with the National Weather Service. On the weekends, you can find her volunteering at dog shelters, baking cookies, and playing with her three pups: Walter, Jack and Ariel.

Allison Long
Human Resources Specialist
Allie loves interacting with our personal care attendants and consumers. With a strong commitment to customer service, Allie ensures that the onboarding experience is quick, painless, and enjoyable. Allie has a passion for the home health industry and helping members of our community receive the care they need.
Allie is a Missouri native and holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She enjoys riding horses, spending time with her twin sister, Barbie, eating at her family’s restaurant, and teaching her coworkers to juggle.

Robin Piffins
Nurse
Robin takes pride in providing the best nursing services to our patients in their homes. From medication setups to skin evaluations and anything in between, Robin seeks to comfort her patients through compassion and love. She is happiest when she is interacting with patients and their caregivers. She loves educating them on caregiving tips and answering healthcare related questions. Robin holds an LPN degree from Applied Technology Services in St. Louis. On the weekends, you can find her cooking her favorite dishes and enjoying time with her family and friends.

Albert Salem
Chief Financial Officer
Albert Salem serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Emerest. In this capacity, Albert oversees all finance functions and is charged with tax and compliance oversight responsibilities. With a strong desire to ensure patient satisfaction and safety, and strengthen caregivers’ job satisfaction and career growth, Albert looks forward to helping make Emerest the best experience for patients and caregivers.
Albert received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Yeshiva University and is a Certified Public Accountant. On weekends, you can find him spending time with his wife and three children.

Diana Delanu
Director of Social Media
Diana Deleanu is the Director of Social Media for Emerest. She was born in Romania and spent much of her childhood on her family farm near Bucharest. When Diana was 10, she relocated to the United States where she quickly became fascinated with digital marketing. Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Diana finds joy in using the power of social media to help disseminate new ideas and insights, particularly as they pertain to Emerest’s patients and caregivers. She is passionate about photography, video, and web development. Her hobbies include reading psychology books, spending time with her bulldog, Rex, and checking out new travel spots.

Greg Zissu
Director of Billing and Payroll
With a focus on fiscal responsibility and financial accuracy, Greg works directly with Federal and State agencies to handle tax compliance, reporting issues and billing and payroll complexities. With over 20+ years of experience in corporate finance, for both small businesses and multi-national firms, Greg is well positioned to lead this pivotal function at Emerest.
Greg received his BA in Political Science from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Emory University. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids, cheering on his beloved New Jersey Devils, and preparing his world-famous pancakes (the secret ingredient is apple/carrot puree, but don’t tell his kids they’re eating vegetables).

Naomi Sharon
Director of Nursing
With a commitment to advanced education and clinical training, Naomi strives to provide preventative and acute health care services to individuals of all ages. When treating patients, Naomi’s goal is to pay attention to the finest details, in order to achieve overall well-being, with a focus on listening compassionately and offering practical nursing guidance.
Naomi is a native of Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University. In her free time, Naomi enjoys playing the harp, reading murder mysteries, and distance running.

Nate Cohn
Administrator
With a strong desire to distinguish Emerest as the best CDS provider in Missouri, Nate strives to ensure that every individual who interacts with Emerest feels empowered and rewarded. His goal is to share knowledge and delight customers by devoting his day to educating patients, training staff, and improving internal operations.
Nate lives in Missouri and holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Yeshiva University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. On the weekends, you can find Nate entertaining his kids, carving fruit, and making his own pickles.

Claire Hardin
Consumer Onboarding Specialist
Claire leads Emerest’s onboarding effort for all new clients and caregivers. She loves interacting with people of all ages and has an extensive background in customer service. Her positive attitude and outgoing personality help her create strong, lasting relationships with clients and caregivers.
Claire grew up in a small town near St. Louis and graduated from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys getting together with family and friends, hiking and listening to music.

Bridget Stewart
Customer Service Specialist
Bridget has a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping people of all ages. She is committed to being a reliable resource that both clients and caregivers can utilize on a daily basis to ensure everyone receives the customer support they desire.
Born and raised in St. Charles, Bridget obtained her BS in Civil Engineering at the University of Missouri-Columbia and played collegiate soccer at the University of Louisville. She loves staying active, trying out new coffee shops, and can’t wait to cheer on St. Louis City SC in 2023!
